We are building a public status page so you can see how Cleared services are performing, subscribe to incident notifications, and review historical uptime reports. Target launch: Q2 2026.

Real-time tiles showing operational status for identity verification, address verification, background checks, and API availability.
Incident timeline and updates
Post-incident summaries with start time, root cause, affected services, resolution steps, and prevention measures.
Alert subscriptions (email and SMS)
Subscribe to incident notifications for specific services. Receive alerts when we post updates or mark incidents resolved.
Historical uptime and SLA reports
Monthly uptime percentages, SLA performance (target: 99.5% uptime), and mean time to resolution (MTTR) for each service.
Current status updates
Until the public status page launches, we notify clients of planned maintenance and incidents via email. If you need real-time status updates, contact your account manager to join the early access programme.
